Concentric (Traditional)

Concentric exercises have been used for strength training since we can remember. Load the weights. Start pumping iron. Although this has gotten us the results for ages, what if there was a different option that was scientifically proven to achieve better results in less time?

Eccentric Resistance (Flywheel)

Flywheel training takes strength training to a new level. The harder you pull the cord, the harder the flywheel will pull back afterwards. This causes excentric resistance, which has been scientifically proven to be enormously effective in building strong muscles and in rehabilitating injuries.
